We’re proud to share that NeoDay has been recognized in the Loyalty Platform PEAK Matrix® Assessment 2025 by Everest Group, part of its Marketing and Interactive Experience research program.
This recognition underscores our continued commitment to developing technology that enables brands to connect with their customers in meaningful, rewarding ways.
Why this recognition matters
Everest Group’s PEAK Matrix® assessments are trusted worldwide for their independent evaluation of technology providers. Each report considers vision, functionality, talent, market impact, and cost-effectiveness to help organizations make informed decisions.
For NeoDay, being named in the Loyalty Platform PEAK Matrix® Assessment 2025 validates the impact of our SaaS platform in enabling businesses to deliver loyalty strategies that not only grow retention but also generate measurable revenue.
What this recognition mean for us
At NeoDay, our mission is to close the gap between online and in-store experiences by making loyalty seamless, personalized, and rewarding. From gamification features to flexible rewards programs, we equip brands with the tools to build stronger connections and higher lifetime value.
“Being included in the PEAK Matrix® is another signal that our approach is resonating,” says NeoDay CEO, Jurgen Swaans.
“We’ve built NeoDay to challenge legacy thinking — to be fast, adaptable, and focused on measurable outcomes. This recognition reinforces that we’re solving the right problems.”
What we've been up to this past year
Over the past few months, we’ve been focused on expanding both our platform and our team—laying the groundwork for a stronger experience for the brands we serve. With our latest product update, the Black Release, which delivered major enhancements to core capabilities that make loyalty programs run more effectively while offering a smoother user experience. And we’re not stopping there—we’re already hard at work on our next update.
We’ve also continued to grow our partner ecosystem through strategic collaborations. Recent additions include Avenyo and Deployteq, and we’re excited to share that we’ve now signed T-Systems (part of Deutsche Telekom) and Bloomreach as our newest strategic partners. These partnerships mark an important step forward in our mission to deliver a seamless, enterprise-ready ecosystem for global brands.
And lastly there’s more to celebrate: together with MAGNEDS, we recently took home two International Loyalty Awards for our disruptive Tesco campaign—🏆 Best Retail Loyalty Program of the Year – Worldwide and 🏆 Best Short-Term Loyalty Initiative – Worldwide. Proof that our approach not only drives engagement but also delivers measurable results in highly competitive markets.
Thank you!
We’d like to extend a big thanks to our incredible clients, partners, and the NeoDay team. Your trust, collaboration, and dedication are what made this recognition possible. Together, we’re proving that loyalty can drive both stronger customer relationships and sustainable business growth.
